We are seeking a System Design Engineer in Germany to support the sales staff and bring technical expertise to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with sales people to comprehensively support our customers with designs and costings
• Offer on-site support for network solutions when necessary
• Use analytical approaches to resolve troubleshooting concerns
• Design training for internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with product teams to consistently improve designs and processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years technical AV experience
• Hands-on installation and design experience with large AV projects
• Strong communication skills with a commercial proven track-record
• Flexibility to travel and work on-site where necessary
• Fluent German and English
