We are seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead the team and manage important projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Projects from start to end, including measurements in accordance with technical drawings
• Manage Technical, event and construction teams
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Ensure safety and legal requirements are met and upheld at all times
• Delegate tasks effectively and provide a good collaborative culture
• Lead budgeting and pricing estimations
• Have conflict resolution plans in place to ensure the strategy is upheld at all times
• Work cross-functionally with internal business teams
• Prepare plans and analysis for C-Suite management
• Offer solutions and ideas to further the business and have a key input in long-term strategy

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience within AV and leadership
• Strong technical, electronics and construction understanding
• Proven track-record of  complex large-scale productions (exhibitions, branding, event construction)
• Proficiency with Autocad
• Innovative and creative with ideas and open attitude
• Good communication skills
• Openness to travel and work internationally
