Our client is a leader in modern workspace solutions with top-tier products and solutions delivered to clients across the globe. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to based in Europe (multiple locations) and assist in business growth across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and keep up-to-date with their needs
- Build and maintain relationships
- Promote renewals and upsell of products
- Consult and advise on workplace solutions
- Continually aim to achieve the clients goal and ensure success
- Work cross-functionally across the business with sales, marketing and development
- Plan and execute KPI’s with data-driven analysis
Requirements:
- 2+ years in Customer Success Management
- Experience with SaaS preferable
- Strong communication skills
- Proven track-record achieving revenue targets
- Fluent in English plus 2 other languages: German, Dutch, French or Italian
