We are seeking a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to aid in expanding the regions in the Middle East and Africa to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the current customer base an ensure customer satisfaction at all times
  • Acquire new business and relationships through phone and market mapping
  • Engage with customers to ensure their requirements are met throughout projects and to obtain leads for new projects
  • Work collaboratively with the entire team
  • Utilize your strong negotiation skills to win projects
  • Oversee solutions end-to-end from contract creation to delivery

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in sales, AV experience would be preferable but is not essential
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and developing a customer base
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good technical understanding
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Fluent Arabic and English
