Our client is the leader in digital workspace solutions across Europe. With over 100 employees in Germany they are rapidly growing. Their focus is on tailored solutions for media technology and video conferencing to enable innovative communication for everyone.

We are currently seeking a Solutions Architect to assist the sales team and ensure successful solution design.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery of solutions design documents including: products, prices, materials and timelines
• Assist with field cases and support the sales team
• Respond to RFx activity and volumes
• Developing bespoke standards where necessary to create scopes of work and conceptual designs
• Manage clients requirements and define all aspects of the solution approach
• Ability to troubleshoot network and AV connection issues

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a solutions architect or similar
• Experience with AV / UC engineering
• Good communication and relationship building skills
• Certification required (CCNA, CCDA, MCP, PCE)
• Degree in Computer science, Engineering or a related field
