Responsibilities

• Navigate the global operations and drive strategic financial initiatives
• Overseeing and managing M&A activities
• Lead financial strategy and objectives
• Provide expert guidance of private equity methods and investment options
• Oversee IPO processes
• Maximise shareholder value and enable business targets to be met
• Use international knowledge to support the company across diverse markets
• Support growth and expansion initiatives

Requirements:

• A track record managing turnover of €50-€200 million
• Experience with private equity methods
• Working knowledge of investment cases and international business
• Fluent German and English
