We are seeking an independent and highly motivated sales individual for a leading client within the audio-visual space. Our client is a global leader specialising in live productions, virtual events and system integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop the sales team
- Design solutions to ensure customer satisfaction is met
- Manage end-to-end the sales process from lead generation to delivery of sales
- Develop strategies to ensure targets and revenues are executed
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships
- Grow new relationships with potential clients and map out the market
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and identify emerging products and technologies
- Build documentation to assist with tenders and the bidding process
- Work cross-functionally to ensure projects are seamlessly delivered with customer success at the forefront
- Engage in marketing duties and stock management using company software
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in audio-visual sales with a proven track-record
- Vast network in the industry
- Experience in sales leadership
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop key relationships and manage stakeholders at all professional levels
- Ability to work with database software
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Motivated with a hands-on mentality
- Fluent German and English
