This organisation is a globally recognized systems integrator with an international presence who provide services to high-end customers across the globe. They are well established and are organically growing their presence.

They are seeking an experienced technician who is familiar with working in a commercial environment and dealing with fixed installations for a customer site in Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities:

• To install, maintain and service AV hardware/software (Crestron, AMX)
• Order and replace faulty equipment/parts
• Ensure knowledge and understanding for technology and equipment is current and up to date
• Process requests by telephone, email or ticket system
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and colleagues who will be conducting upgrades
• Provide support with meeting and conference rooms
• Fixed any issues and overcome problems quickly and effectively

Requirements:

• At least three years’ experience as an AV Technician
• Comfortable/familiar working in a corporate/commercial environment
• A high level of technical knowledge and an experience problem solver
• Knowledge of AMX and/or Crestron
