It’s important that the candidate has a technical background in the AV space, that could be from hands on experience as a technician or someone who’s educated in the UC, AV or IT fields. Because their customers’ needs are unique and complex with large budget ranges, they really need a Project Manager with strong knowledge on AV projects for events or in spaces where events will take place.

Role Overview:

• Responsible for creating plans for media technology including using computer aided design software
• Liaise with specialist planners regarding technical system design and development
• Creating and implementing project schedules ensuring they are followed
• Controlling and monitoring budgets
• Stakeholder management ensuring customers, team-members and 3rd parties are informed and their expectations are managed
• Create and provide all relevant documentations when required
• Provide technical measurements including invoices/pricing

Candidate Profile:

• Educated within the media technology field
• At least 3 years (minimum) of relevant experience as a project manager in the system integration of media and event technology
• Familiar with computer aided design software such as AutoCAD, Vectorworks, etc
