They support customers by developing solutions, providing installations, assisting with training, managing projects, and providing rental options which ensures their customers have access to the most modern meeting and workplace options on the market.

Role Overview:

• Coordinating projects from inception to completion
• Demonstrating expertise in media control systems such as AMX and Crestron
• Serving as the central interface in strategic project management
• Conducting inventory at the customer’s site, including infrastructure assessment, requirement analysis, and concept creation
• Providing expert advice and support to customers throughout and post-project phases
• Planning logistics and assembly in collaboration with all project stakeholders
• Independently coordinating assembly and service operations in tandem with the project team assistant
• Pre-planning and creating essential documentation like block diagrams and device tables
• Overseeing project acceptance, commissioning, and documentation
• Providing instruction and support to the technical team on-site
• Ensuring thorough checks on material and equipment combinations for upcoming projects

Candidate Profile:

• Completed training in a technical profession such as radio and television technician or information electronics technician
• Proven experience in IT, software-supported media technology, and installing cutting-edge conference technology
• Proficiency in both spoken and written German and English
• Strong customer-centric approach
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and methodically
• Leadership, team, and project management skills
• Valid driver’s license (class B) and willingness to travel
