AxiioTek is partnering with one of our key clients in AV integration to recruit three AV/Event Technicians for long-term roles in the Munich, Hamburg or Frankfurt. You will be assigned to 2–3 major enterprise customers, providing high-quality technical support with limited travel, ensuring a stable and customer-focused working environment.
Role Overview
In this hybrid position, you will support both on-site corporate events and small-scale AV/Medientechnik installations such as video conferencing systems and meeting room technology. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy a blend of event operations and integration/support tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to assigned enterprise customers in Munich.
- Set up, operate, and dismantle event technology for corporate events, meetings, and presentations.
- Support small AV/Medientechnik installations such as video conferencing systems, displays, microphones, speakers, and control systems.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and basic configuration of AV equipment.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to ensure smooth, professional delivery of all technical services.
- Maintain equipment to a high standard and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
Nice-to-Have Technical Experience
(Not mandatory, but beneficial)
- Experience with video conferencing solutions (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco, Poly).
- Knowledge of meeting room technology (projectors, displays, audio systems, signal management).
Familiarity with event technology:
- Audio: digital mixers, microphones, speakers.
- Video: switchers, cameras, LED/LCD displays.
- Lighting: basic stage/event lighting setups.
- Experience with AV control systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron).
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, switching, PoE).
