AxiioTek is proud to be partnering with a globally leading LED manufacturer, who is currently seeking a Sales Operations Manager.
In this role, you will oversee and manage all sales support, administration, and after-sales operations for the DACH region. You will support the sales teams, manage warehouse and after-sales activities, and maintain strong relationships with third-party service providers. Your work will ensure efficient stock management, operational excellence, and the successful achievement of business development and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, motivate, and develop a team of 4 staff across sales administration and after-sales operations.
- Provide training and mentorship to ensure team members are multi-skilled and able to support all areas of operation.
- Provide effective administrative and sales support to brand managers, market managers, and field sales teams across Germany.
- Monitor and manage customer ledgers, credit notes, loan stocks, and product allocations.
- Oversee open orders and coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and account management.
- Liaise with sales teams across Europe for stock allocation and coordination.
- Manage warehouse, returns, and service functions to ensure service levels meet business and customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate stock records, perform monthly stock checks, and manage inventory across warehouse and third-party service providers.
- Coordinate the supply of spare parts and agreed service levels with external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
- Review and optimize sales administration, after-sales, and warehouse processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Support marketing activities such as promotions, mailings, and product launches.
- Provide system training and process guidance to ensure consistent and accurate use of tools.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Commercial vocational training or equivalent experience with 5+ years in sales/administration management.
- Proven experience in supervisory or team management.
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM systems, and preferably inventory systems.
- Ability to motivate a team, work under pressure, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
