AxiioTek are once again supporting a world leader in the Audio field. As their growth continues to build on a strong legacy of innovation, they are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to help us deliver on ambitious future plans.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with a passion for live audio to join our commercial sales team and take ownership of business development across the South of the UK.
The Role
- You’ll be responsible for growing sales and brand presence by building strong relationships with rental houses, integrators, consultants, and key decision-makers in the live audio sector.
- You’ll use your technical expertise and commercial acumen to deliver tailored solutions, presentations, and training to drive awareness and preference for their product range.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability within your region.
- Identify, contact, and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide system designs and technical support for commercial applications.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and sales presentations.
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and online events.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop case studies and support promotional activity.
- Maintain and manage loan stock in accordance with company policies.
Skills and experience
- Experience in commercial sales.
- Experience working with rental companies, integrators, and consultants.
- Background in professional audio or a degree in Music Technology.
- Organised, analytical, and self-motivated with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
