AxiioTek are proudly partnering with a well-known UC vendor who are searching for a Sales Manager with strong experience in Unified Communications, Voice Solutions, and SaaS/Managed Services, focused on the German Enterprise and Mid-Market sectors.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid sales environment, both direct and partner-led, and brings a solid track record of building relationships, driving new business, and exceeding targets in the communication tech space.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Successful sales experience in communication software, appliances, UCaaS/CCaaS, or managed services.
  • A deep understanding of enterprise voice solutions.
  • A strong network in the German Enterprise and SME landscape, with established client and partner relationships.
  • Experience selling both directly and via channels (e.g. system integrators, MSPs, resellers).
  • Knowledge of cloud communications, UCaaS, and related professional services is highly desirable.
  • Previous background with system integrators or global solution vendors is highly valued.
  • A consistent record of achieving or surpassing annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with company targets and growth objectives.
  • Identify and penetrate new customer accounts and channel partners in the German market.
  • Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with Enterprise customers, engaging across all levels – from IT to C-suite.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners and integrators, aligning them to relevant market segments.
  • Work closely with technical teams and solution architects to design tailored voice and UC solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the overall strategy in the DACH region.

Required Experience:

  • Demonstrable success in a similar sales role, ideally within a company generating €5M+ in annual sales.
  • Strong background in VoIP, UC, and Microsoft-based solutions.
  • Proven experience engaging with Enterprise IT stakeholders, supporting both solution sales and project delivery.
  • Experience with Zoom and Microsoft UC projects (Teams, Skype for Business) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage both direct sales cycles and partner relationships.
  • A degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
