We’re currently hiring a Recruitment resourcer to join our growing team in Bedford. Whether you’re a recent graduate or someone with a bit of commercial or sales experience, this role will give you the tools, training, and international exposure to thrive in recruitment.

The role 

• Proactively source and attract candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and international events.
• Build relationships and guide candidates through the recruitment process, from initial screening to offer.
• Support clients by showcasing roles, employer brands, and projects across Europe and the US.
• Conduct in-depth candidate searches and headhunt passive talent within niche tech markets.
• Write engaging job descriptions and candidate reports.
• Schedule interviews, deliver feedback, and manage candidate experience.
• Keep our CRM system and internal records up to date.
• Collaborate with your team to improve strategy, content, and process.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in tech, AV, UCC, and digital workplace industries.

What We’re Looking For:

• A university degree or equivalent experience.
• A motivated, ambitious mindset with a desire to learn and earn.
• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken).
• Organised, reliable, and eager to grow in a high-performance setting.
• Team player with strong time management skills.
• Multilingual (German or French) is a big plus but not required.
