We are proud to support a leading and growing global manufacturer of professional and consumer audio technology. To strengthen their sales team in Germany, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager for Live Sound, based in Eastern Germany.

Your Role
As Area Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding and nurturing customer relationships across the live sound and theatre sectors. You’ll be the face of our client’s premium products, representing them at events, in meetings, and across your territory.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth by identifying and acquiring new B2B customers in the professional live sound and theatre segment
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients and partners
• Achieve sales goals and contribute to the regional growth strategy
• Present and demonstrate products to clients and at trade shows, trainings, and workshops
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adapt strategies
• Document your activity in a modern CRM system, ensuring transparency and efficiency

Your Profile

• Education in a technical or commercial field, or equivalent practical experience
• Several years of experience with digital and analog audio products, such as PA systems, mixing desks, microphones, audio networks, and live production gear
• Strong solution-oriented mindset with solid technical understanding
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to explain complex tech to varied audiences
• High degree of self-motivation, structured work style, and ability to work independently
• Fluent German and at least good English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel across Eastern Germany; Class B driving license required
