Your Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth, particularly in project-based business
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and planning offices
- Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities
- Provide expert product advice and highlight customer benefits, both online and on-site
- Develop and execute sales promotion activities
- Assist with administrative and organizational tasks within the team
- Create and present holistic solution concepts for client projects
- Deliver product training and represent the company at trade fairs, workshops, and events
- Monitor and analyze market trends and developments
What You Bring
- Strong interest in sales, especially in AV and networking technology
- Experience in selling AV solutions, conferencing systems, or media control systems is a plus
- Willingness to travel to ensure hands-on customer support
- A structured, goal-oriented, and independent working style
- A team-first mindset – even when working remotely
- Very good German skills and good command of English
