Your Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth, particularly in project-based business
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and planning offices
  • Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities
  • Provide expert product advice and highlight customer benefits, both online and on-site
  • Develop and execute sales promotion activities
  • Assist with administrative and organizational tasks within the team
  • Create and present holistic solution concepts for client projects
  • Deliver product training and represent the company at trade fairs, workshops, and events
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and developments

What You Bring

  • Strong interest in sales, especially in AV and networking technology
  • Experience in selling AV solutions, conferencing systems, or media control systems is a plus
  • Willingness to travel to ensure hands-on customer support
  • A structured, goal-oriented, and independent working style
  • A team-first mindset – even when working remotely
  • Very good German skills and good command of English
