Role Overview

The successful candidate will act as the Sales Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft (MTR) and Meeting room services across France. You’ll work closely with sales, pre-sales, and partner teams to drive engagement, deliver impactful demonstrations, and help convert opportunities into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the Microsoft landscape, regional customer needs, and evolving industry trends.
  • Support field teams with customer demos, RFx responses, solution design, and technical consultations.
  • Help build and educate a regional partner network through bootcamps, trainings, and enablement sessions.
  • Conduct internal training sessions on product updates, market shifts, and competitive positioning.
  • Oversee proof of concept projects, ensuring successful outcomes and revenue conversion.
  • Act as a bridge between regional sales teams and global product/engineering teams for feedback and escalations.
  • Achieve or exceed revenue, partner development, and customer acquisition targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV meeting room technologies.
  • Strong familiarity with the AV/UC partners.
  • Consultative sales approach and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of building customer trust and driving results.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary

  • €80,000 – €90,000 ote
  • Company car allowance
