The Role
We’re looking for a Account Executive to support the planning and delivery of international live events and brand experiences. You’ll work closely with project managers and internal teams, lead small departments, and take responsibility for select areas of each project.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in event planning, vendor coordination, and on-site operations
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and PowerPoint presentations
• Create operation manuals and event documentation
• Support project tracking, reporting, and team coordination
• Supervise interns and junior team members
• Communicate with clients as needed during project preparation

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in events, marketing, or project management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage small tasks and support team efforts
• Team spirit and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus
